Magnificent golden hue, brilliant and deep. Ripe aromas of pears and pineapple.
The texture of 1986 Lafaurie-Peyraguey is oily and fills beautifully the mouth. Subtle floral nuances. Fabulous length and perfect balance. Lafaurie Peyraguey 1986 is really a wonderful maturing Sauternes! 95/100.

Lafaurie-Peyraguey - 1er Grand Cru Classe - Sauternes. Deep gold. Very open nose with flavours of citrus, crystallized fruit, quince jam. Lots of fruits - peers, mirabelle plums, remarkable balance and freshness, long and powerful. This 1997 Lafaurie Peyraguey on a brilliant floral note (roses). A beauty! 95/100
